 First of all, welcome to my home page. I designed this site with two purposes in mind: to tell you a little about myself, and to provide useful information to assist you in your home buying experience.
I am a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Agent, a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, and a member of the Fayetteville Regional Association of REALTORS®. I work exclusively as a buyer's agent, representing only those that are searching for a home. I work with your best interest at heart, such as finding you the perfect home, and negotiating the best price possible, not only that - all of my services are absolutely FREE.
On a personal level, I come from an extensive military background. My father is a retired Air Force aircraft mechanic, I am the wife of an Army soldier, and I have proudly served in the U.S. Army myself. Therefore, I can understand the trials of being relocated, and I can promise that I will make your transition as effortless as possible.

My services include:
• Free listings emailed directly to you, daily, or as often as you like.
• Fully assist in relocations, I can view properties for you if you are out of town.
• Thoroughly research any home you are interested in, deed search, market analysis, property/plat search, annexations, tax information, deed restrictions, etc.
• Negotiate on your behalf for the best price and various buyer incentives.
• I will work with various mortgage companies to get you prequalified and the best rate possible.
• Prepare all forms and contracts.
• Available to assist you 24/7, before, during, and after the purchase of your home.
• Never charge a retainer fee or a commission.
